How to delete payment and shipping options in order form?

I would like to have an order form, just with basic data to contact my clients, but i don't need payment and shipping options... What can i do to avoid them? or just to make them "not required" to continue? Help!

First , try update to Quick.Cart 6.4 ( more plugins and easier in modification )
Second, You can install QuickFormFree http://www.quicktoolsfactory.pl/?27,darmowy-formularz-kontaktowy.
Its free plugin made by QTF...

Thanks grafiQa! i wonder if there is a way to hide the shipping and payment option and function in the default template of Quick.cart, or have it check so the front-end user won't need to click on it to continue.

I have seen another post http://opensolution.org/forum/?iTopic=3898 and i think there is the answer but im using Quick.Cart 6.4, i made a mistake when i selected v3.x, and that solution was for that version, not 6.4

the thing is, is it possible to deactivate shipping and payment from order form??? how?
