Same page - different url's

Hello.
In all of the versions of quick cart the cms makes the url looking like " site.com/?cars,1"
1. The First problem that I found is that search engine shows me 2 urls for the same one document "site.com/?cars,1" and "site.com/index?cars,1"
2. The second problem is that if you change the word in the url between "?" and "1" you will come to the same cars document.
3. How can i make the url with a static view like "site.com/cars"?
