Upgrade from QC v6.0 to v6.4

I would like to upgrade my website using QC v6.0 (and other website on QC v6.1) to QC v6.4, but I want to save pruduct, categories, desing. I only want to instal some plugins required v6.4. I hope, somebody help me.


And I am sorry because of my bad english.
