Multilingual site

Hello, is possible to make multilingual site? Want it in Slovak and English language. For example, there will be two flag icons. If somebody clicks on sk flag, language will be sk. If clicks on en flag, language will be en.

btw I already checked "Show language in URL" to true. What's now? On every page I have error 404
