Convert from 3.4 to 5.2

Hi, I want to upgrade my shop to higher. I downloaded from oficial page convertor and went according guide. If I copy php script on server and display him - it wrote DONE. When I go to admin, here I see only orders from old version, not products. I copied on v4 to folder /files/ all files from /files/ v3.
Can I ask for help?

Try again. Converter works great. Hundreds used it before and it works well.
