upgrade from Quick.Cms v3.0

Hello, i saw many posts about upgrades, but not from Quick.Cms v3.0 to 5.2.
can anyone help me with that?
I am not really good at that, so a step by step will be really apreciated

You need to upgrade first from v3.x to v4.0. Read this topic (section "HOW TO UPDATE DATABASE FROM v3.x?"):
