Can't change permissions :(

My Hosting won't allow CHMOD changes so all the files and folders are set to 750.

I haven't experienced any problems except seeing an error message when I upload images (but they upload fine).

Has anyone else got this problem with their host? And have you had any issues resulting from it?

I guess you will get error too when changing pages/products and language...
