index page works fine but admin page doesn't load up? help...

Hi

I've just downloaded and then uploaded this product, I got the index.php showing up perfect, but when I add /admin.php I get "Server error page"
I've uploaded the admin again and still the same result.
I've changed the permissions as per instructions on the two other files, (not on admin as it didn't say change anything on that)

Anyone know what I've done wrong?
I'm using Web Scripting PHP 5.4 (recommended for this is 5.2 or higher)

Any help would be really welcome.

I've just tried it without .php at the end and I got Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /admin/ on this server.

Which I think I saw when looking through the forum for help before I posted my original post. I'll report my findings as it may help someone else.

Fixed it but it wasn't what I thought.

I manually uploaded every file, now i re-uploaded and kept the zip file, let the server put them all in place.
So I think I must have missed one file when I did it manually.
