Sku and problem with csv import-

Dear All,
i have two question and will be happy if i will have a solution...
1: i have use "Export product" to change price and put some new products.
after i have use "Import product" to glue in my website. I'm disappointed, because, after importing, some products are 3 or 4 times inside the file.

2: i would like put my "sku" number inside, but i have 5000.
