show thumb photo

hello i want to be able to show the first photo in the gallery of each page, in the list of subpages )the one with the short descriptions.

i have modified the code in pages_list_1.tpl like this :

but it shows me the alt instead of the image.

please help :)

florin_salam - can You give us screenshot to show what You want and what You have now? I really dont understand what You want to do

here is the screenshots http://img257.imageshack.us/img257/8932/screenxn0.jpg . the cropped image on top shows what i have now : i managed to put the box for the image but the actual thumb image doesn`t show. it shows the alt=" " value instead.

in the cropped image at the bottom you can see the page where the image is being shown like i want it. that is a subpage that contains the title and full description.


i want to be able to show that image in the list of subpages, and if i added multiple images to each subpage, then to show only one image here (the first one maybe) .

i hope this makes sense to you.

roca - it is impossible to show photos in pages_list_1.tpl because this make pages_list_2.tpl. I'm not sure If I understand you, but try to set in admin panel for this page type of displaying subpages as second type (name, description, photo), and then for subpages upload some photos.
