Problems with saving configuration in different languages

In configuration I can change contact-page, email address and url when I am in the English language.
When I go to another language like Dutch(NL) German or Spanish it wont save the chages. All other items in configuration will be saved, except these above mentioned items.
Is this a Bug?

gripa - in Q.Cms Lite there is no contact-page or e-mail address in configuration, so you probably have Ext version... if yes, contact with us via e-mail as this forum is for free versions and send us link to your page and data to log in administration - we will check it. Before that check please if you have chmod 777 for all files in config directory.
