url wrong in sitemap

Hey,

Hope you can help me with this one. I finished my site and found 1 bug.

I have a menu item called 'Questions?'
This is indexed in sitemap, however it refers to wrong url.

Normal menu url is: site.com/22,questions-.html
In sitemap url is: site.com/22,Vragen?.html

So the problem is that it has to be - instead of ?
It has to do something with url rewrite I think, but maybe I have to create a rule in htacces ?

I don't know what so maybe u can help me !
