Hi the is it possible to use the contact form from quick.cart in to quick.cms ?????

Topdancer - maybe I don't understand, but Quick.Cms has very similar contact form in payed version http://opensolution.org/Quick.Cms/demo_ext/5,kontakt.html, so it is enough to change colors, and you will have something like
