Whe have made for a client a shopping card on here site www.sieradenvanlindsi.nl but there is a problem. If you fill in the form and made a mistake for example the wrong zip code then he will correctly give the mistake by showing it with a red beam arround it.
But by my client the order number at that time is already gone so if the recieved a order with for example order number 1004 the mistake first order is 1005.
Now back to the wrong order i fill in the correct zip code and the order is been send but all what the recieve now is order 1006 because in his memory he made a order number 1005 to the mistake first order with the wrong zip code.
My clients however do not recieve the wrong fill in order and also mis the order number 1005 wich is normaly not a problem we say but the I R S is very bad here in holland and then de say, what about the missing order numbers? are that selling orders wich are not been booked or black orders?
Do anybody have the solutuion?
