panos - if you want to add link to some page in main site of administration, you should add this link to file: templates/admin/container.tpl

panos - if you want to add page, you go to administration, and then link 'pages' - it should develop and you will see 'add page' link. If it doesn't develop, you probably has JavaScript turn off in your browser.
