Can image thumbnails be made all the same width?

Thumbnails are created with their longest side being the size set as "Image Size" in config. What I want is to get all my images the same width whether they are landscape or portrait. Is there a way to make it so that the width is always what is set in "Image Size"?

rubdub - wydaje mi sie, ze powinienes zmienic w pliku config/general.php wielkosc zmiennej $config['foto_jobs_ratio'] = 0.80;
Sprobuj ustwaic ja na 0, a jesli to nie zadziala to zmien na 999.
