Hide Pages/Subpages

Hi, I just want to know how to hide a page/subpage without showing it. (Especially for subpage)
Ok, this feature if i'm not mistaken are an option in Quickcart.

The reason are to show a page after some action required, example for contact form, after it's submit then throw another page that say "You have been successfully sending your comments, etc".
