Max size upload

Hello,

i have a problem to transfert a pdf ... the size is 10 000 ko

the transfert is not ok only up to 3 000 Ko
The script have a limit to upload ?
If i'ts possible ..
Where i can modify this parameter ?

coflak - this i server restrictions. You propably have max upload limit size of file. Please contact with Your server admin to change it
