What has happened Quick.Forum?

Hi there, what has happened to the Quick.Forum?

No infos on the main page, no links, no FaQs, no (own) forum but Quick.CMS and Quick.Cart are still "powered by Quick.Forum"? (* sobber *)

Hear about this script but can`t found it to download.
Is Quick.News also Your product? Is it possble get it?
