Cyrillic Bulgarian lang Problem

Hallo I am a web designer from Bulgaria and I testing now QuickCMS it is Great for me and I want to work with this CMS.
I have a big problem I translate eng file in Bulgarian but I have an errors in my code:
"Non UTF characters in code"
this I see in URL address in my browser
"index.php?h%D0%B0c%D0%B0l%D0%BE,1", when my page Titles are in cyrillic.
Is there a solution to convert my cyrillic characters in latin when I save the pages.

droued - yes it is possible. edit librariers/Trash.php and find change2Latin() function. After add to first array letter in your language and in second array letters in latin. Array was created for polish, german and french letters. You can add your language too
