I am using the free version to begin, but plan on purchasing the full version later today. Will I need to completely re-install or can I just upload and over-write the necessary files?

Also, I want to move the powered-by link at the bottom as shown:

(as text)

but when I have tried to do this the program tells me that it is improperly implemented.

How do correctly I move the link so it is recognized by your script as valid? Can I use the image (preferred) and how?

When I purchase the other version later today for 89euros, does that remove the need for the link or not? Is it licensed per site with a code so it can be ***locked*** to this www? This client is not that sophisticated, but I don't want him taking the work elsewhere, you know? How does the registry key work? Will the key continue to work if there is also a https or a subdomain added later? If it does not lock to the site, do you have a plug-in or something that will do that?

When I purchase the full version, I plan on making some changes to the code (the page enumerations and cookie crumbs need some work, and I need to add PHP pieces) and I want to know specifically what is and is not allowed under your license with regard to changes in the code - do I submit things to you for approval for use or is most stuff covered?

I'm just a web designer, not a lawyer, so forgive me if I seem stupid with that - I read your license carefully and I'm still not sure if I change it significantly and have your logo on it will you sue me for using it? Or is that only if I try to sell it as a product?

I just want to use the CMS with changes, and if it works out, I'll be using it for 5 more immediately, so I need to know if this is THE ONE. And yes, I did see the offer for webmasters, and I am interested. I just need to get the money from this job to get the 5 more all at once.

Thanks,

I did send an email at the same time that I posted this here. No return email from the elves as of yet. (more email than Santa Claus)

I found a bit of code that promises to lock the code to the url if yours doesn't do it - let me know if I will need it, ok?

And when you get some time, could you answer the email?

Thanks
