I read all the topics and the documentation but I did not find the answer.
Well, I use Quick.Cms.Lite_v2.0, which is fantastic.
I translated lang/en.php and config/lang_en.php in french (if someone want it just ask !)
But when I install QCL and I copy my files in the right directories on my server (fr.php and lang_fr.php), it does not work (impossible to create pages).
To make it work I have to : install QCL, go in the administration panel, create a language with the QCL tool then, instead of translating once again, I copy my files (fr.php - lang_fr.php) in their directories.
I saw that QCL create files in db directory when a new language is created and he must do someting else and as I don't want to read the php code (yes I am a little bit leazy this time... Sorry) but someone can help me ?
Thank you and Happy new Year !

franzemmanuel - make backup of files you translated (fr.php and lang_fr.php),and delete them from Quick.Cms, then create fr language in administration and then overwrite lang/fr.php and config/lang_fr.php with your files earlier translated (these from backup copy).
Hi, can you e-mail me the french translation fr.php ??
thanks!!

I would like to use the Dutch version. I followed the steps merci gave and the interface is in Dutch now. However al my pages are gone in the back-end as well as in the front-end. Do I select nl at the upper right corner of the main page, my pages reappear in the back-end, however not in the frontend. Do I select nl at settings, in the back-end there are no pages, however all is back in the fornt-end. Only when I select en in settings and at 'select language' my pages are available in front-end as well as back-end. What do I overlook?
Thankyou for reading my message

I already found the solution! I copied the en_*.php files to nl_*.php files in db. That doesn't work. I need to make new pages. So all is well now!
