Flash files FLV in normal pages

any work-around for inserting FLV (flash-movies) inside the normal pages?

try to imbed it, but its not possible:

I didn't have any problem with this. A cut Your code (which You gave here in this topic) and in admin panel I add it to content of the page using page editing. Everything works fine.
