Are longer image captions possible?

I see that aFilesDescription[] has a max length of 40 characters. I'd like to make my photo captions a bit longer. Can I change the length?

Of course. In file templates/admin/pages_form.tpl You shold have line like this:


<input type="text" name="aFilesDescription[]" value="" maxlength="40" size="25" />

You have to change maxlength to bigger value that's all.
