cannot add or change product information

if there are more than 34 files (pictures) in "files" folder, then i cant add text about product and pictures anymore..

could it really be memory problem. how could i solve this? server provider cant help also. they say that everything is ok.

yes, older version used less memory. Please try to increase aplication limit to 100 MB on the server, just to see if it helps. If it works, continue lowering the limit until you find a comfortable match between you and the server provider.

If your webspace provider refuses to do this, kick him out, he is providing a (bad) servide to you, not vice versa. Find another one.

Server provider increased limit to 100 MB on the server (they agreed to increse it only temporarily just to find out if the problem is in memory... i hope they really increased it like they promised) and i still can't add info and pictures...
i think i will try older version too..

well... i first tried another server. there are more thann 38 files in "files" folder (50) and everything still works - i can add info and pictures.
at the moment it seems like i have to change the server.....

and now there is another problem..
with basket. i've had this problem in 3 different server.
if i add product to basket and click then "next" in basket page, nothing happens...
any help please....

I think your problem is same with me , it can't add product and editing the product detail.
I 've changed chmod 755 to 777, but still problems.

could you share with me if you have solution for this..

right now i'm just changeing server provider - at the moment 2 servers of 3 are working fine with this program (but i still have this basketsystem problem).

tiux, this is a common question. Please set your "Order Form" page in admin > settings and try again.
